It is my personal philosophy that I am better when I am with others than when I am by myself. I truly believe that people make better decisions when they come together. That is why the big circles in my painting overlap and the places where they do are more intense, interesting and expressive.
However, time alone is sometimes necessary and that is why I have allowed for single circles to float away on their own and express their individuality.

Inspired by the cold winters here in Nevada. I love to put stories to my artwork, it gives them life, it gives them history. The beginning of any relationship is full of fun and excitement and learning how to be yourself only comes with age.

My name is Jean Hart. I am an artist in Northeastern Nevada. I work in a variety of mediums but mostly acrylic on canvas. My woks have a philosophic and artistic edge to them. After graduating from Great Basin College I decided to pursue my dreams of being a full-time artist. I have won many awards and ribbon and I am currently the Art Director for Picture This! Art Gallery in Elko, Nevada.
