Based from what I have experienced, seen, and what have been demanded from in my work in the council, the issues that are most important to young women entering the workforce is the difficulty in addressing their economic and social rights as women, their equal access to and control over economic resources and most especially, equality in employment. They want more attention and reforms from the government.
