In late 2008 I decided that I was going to start focusing my work more on the issues I feel passionate about in the hope that I could draw more attention to them. So far it has been a truly rewarding experience for me knowing that more of my energy is being spent in this way. I feel it is better for my soul, my community and my world.
I'm passionate about:
I am passionate about exploration, the wilderness, climate and social justice. My love of nature and curiosity for wild places brings me in touch with some of the most epic, fragile natural environments on earth. I am trying to use my work as a way to help draw attention to the value of these places and the need to conserve them. My love for the natural environment is also inextricably linked to human stories of struggle and triumph.
