About me:
I am a multi-faceted individual: academic, artist, activist, friend, mother, and grandmother. Most of my work involves issues associated with gender, equality, and social justice. Most of my play involves horses, the outdoors, my family, the arts, and learning about new things in order to grow my world.
Exhibit change by:
I try to exhibit change in the world through participatory research on social justice issues; through working with organizations, large and small, that pursue social justice objectives; through writing; through trying to live the change I want to see in my world.
I'm passionate about:
Gender, social justice, healthy communities, speaking truth to power, changing minds, creating opportunities for every person on the planet to contribute the best they have to offer.
